Vietnam 15-Day Grand Tour (North → South)
Day 1 — Hanoi
Arrive at Hanoi and transfer to your hotel for a short rest. Explore the vibrant Old Quarter, stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake, and visit the historic One Pillar Pagoda. Sample Hanoi’s famous street food, including pho and bun cha, and end the day with a welcome dinner introducing local cuisine.
Day 2 — Hanoi
Discover Hanoi’s cultural heritage at:
Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university
Museum of Ethnology, showcasing diverse ethnic groups
Wander the lively Old Quarter, enjoy local snacks, and watch a traditional Water Puppet Show. Evening free for relaxation or shopping.
Day 3 — Ninh Binh
Travel to Ninh Binh, often called “Halong Bay on land,” and enjoy:
Boat ride through Trang An or Tam Coc, passing limestone karsts and rivers
Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda or the ancient capital of Hoa Lu
Overnight in a comfortable riverside hotel.
Day 4 — Ha Long Bay Cruise
Board a 2-day cruise on Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to explore:
Limestone islands and caves
Kayaking or relaxing on deck
Enjoy sunset and dinner on board, and overnight on the cruise to experience the bay at night.
Day 5 — Ha Long Bay → Sapa
After morning activities on the cruise, transfer north to Sapa. Visit Cat Cat Village to learn about Hmong culture and traditional crafts. Walk through the terraced rice fields, and spend the evening enjoying local cuisine and rest in Sapa.
Day 6 — Sapa
Trek through Lao Chai and Ta Van villages, meeting local Hmong and Red Dao communities. Enjoy panoramic views of the iconic terraced rice fields, with an optional cable car ride to Fansipan Peak, Vietnam’s highest mountain. Overnight in Sapa.
Day 7 — Sapa → Hanoi → Hue
Return to Hanoi and continue to Hue. Explore the city’s historical landmarks, including the Imperial Citadel, pagodas, and emperor tombs along the Perfume River. Enjoy Hue’s traditional cuisine and stroll along riverside streets and local markets in the evening.
Day 8 — Hue
Visit Hue’s UNESCO-listed Imperial City, including palaces and temples, and the tombs of emperors Khai Dinh and Tu Duc. Enjoy a boat trip along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda and an optional cyclo ride through quiet streets for a traditional experience.
Day 9 — Hue → Hoi An
Drive along the scenic Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. Explore the Ancient Town, famous for:

Japanese Covered Bridge
Tailor shops, art galleries, and riverside cafes
Evening options include cooking classes or food tours.
Day 10 — Hoi An
Explore Hoi An’s countryside:
Cycle to Tra Que Vegetable Village to learn traditional farming
Participate in cooking classes
Visit Thanh Ha Pottery Village
Relax at An Bang Beach in the afternoon, and enjoy lantern-lit streets or riverside dining in the evening.
Day 11 — Hoi An → Nha Trang
Travel to Nha Trang, Vietnam’s premier beach destination. Activities include:
Boat trips to nearby islands for snorkeling or swimming
Relaxing on white sandy beaches
Enjoying fresh local seafood and vibrant seaside atmosphere
Day 12 — Nha Trang
Visit Po Nagar Cham Towers, an ancient temple complex. Optional relaxation includes mud baths or spa treatments. Afternoon free for beach time or visiting VinWonders amusement park. End the day with a seafood dinner by the beach.
Day 13 — Nha Trang → Ho Chi Minh City

Day 14 — Mekong Delta
Cruise along the Mekong Delta’s waterways and canals, visiting:
Floating markets such as Cai Be or Cai Rang
Fruit orchards and local workshops
Experience life on the river and stay overnight in a riverside guesthouse or return to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 15 — Mekong → Ho Chi Minh City Departure
Enjoy a final morning in the Mekong Delta before returning to Ho Chi Minh City. Free time for last-minute shopping at Ben Thanh Market, followed by transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure.
